RETURN POLICY:
We hope that you are satisfied with your staceymuse.com purchase. However, if you need to return your unworn items you can request a return online. Please select INITIATE A RETURN above to begin the process. Mail in returns have a restocking fee per order, which will be deducted from your refund.
- You must make your return within a certain number of days of the delivery date.
- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Swim must have the liner attached.
- Beauty is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items at a certain discount level and higher are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges and third-party insurance fees are not refundable.
- staceymuse.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- In store returns are only accepted at certain locations.
- Please note an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period can cause us to reject future orders from you.
If you have mistakenly returned a personal item that was not purchased from staceymuse.com, please reach out to Customer Service and we will do our best to assist in locating your item for you. If you have returned a final sale item, it will be returned with a label you’ve provided. Customer Service will reach out to you directly upon receipt of your non-staceymuse.com / final sale item. We will make two attempts to contact you regarding your item(s). If we do not hear from you, staceymuse.com is at liberty to dispose of your item(s).
Please note: staceymuse.com can not be held responsible for returning, replacing or compensating for any lost items mistakenly returned to staceymuse.com. We are also not responsible for any shipping costs acquired to return your personal item(s) back to you.
We are not responsible for lost packages returned through a carrier of your own choosing.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within a certain number of business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.
AFFIRM RETURNS
You’ll find information about your refund on your Affirm account. Please refer HERE for any questions. Note, Affirm orders can’t be returned in our retail stores at this time.
PAYPAL RETURNS
Paypal orders can’t be returned in our retail stores at this time.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on staceymuse.com
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We offer price adjustments within a certain number of days of your order being placed. However, please note that temporary promotions or flash sale pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases. All price adjusted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Additionally, all items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for price adjustments.
